Rates & Reservations

Camp Columbus members can make in-season campsite reservations as early as the second Saturday in March by visiting the campground office during office hours. All others can make in-season (April-October) reservations beginning the last Saturday in March by calling 423-842-7011 or emailing campcolumbus@gmail.com for more info. Off-season (November-March) campsite reservations and facility rentals can be made at any time, up to one year in advance.

Adult Camper Background Check	$50/per (Must be completed within 12 months of start of reservation; Passed background check kept on file for use with future reservations).	Background checks are required for all adult (18+) campers. Ordered by Camp Columbus upon payment (may take up to 7 days).
Annual Membership Donation	$249/yr (Must have active membership for any “Long Stay” reservation; Includes $150 credit toward any total reservation of 4+ weeks).	Assigned campground keycard with anytime access, early-bird access to campsite reservations, 25% discount on facility rentals, No-fee boat storage during any “Short Stay,” available “Long Stay” options.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are not confirmed until full payment is received and processed, and all other requirements are met.
Cancellations >15 days prior to start: 50% refund. Cancellations ≤15 days prior: non-refundable
No partial refunds for weather, early departure, or other conditions.

**Holiday weekends are defined as those weekends nearest to Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day. When Juneteenth or Independence Day fall on a weekday, that holiday’s observed date plus one day before and one day after that date are treated the same as a holiday weekend (ex. July 4th is on a Wednesday, so for the purposes of reservations and fees July 3-5 –Tues, Weds, Thurs– are treated like a holiday weekend).
